Hello steveta,

Thanks for posting here in the community. We appreciate you choosing our Nest Camera for your security. Let's go ahead and get the most out of your device. To confirm, what is the light status of your Nest Camera? How far is it from your WiFi router? Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera?

Give these steps a try:

  • Restart your Nest Camera, mobile phone and your WiFi router.
  • If you're getting the same issue, reset your Nest Camera to the factory default and try setting it up again.

Looking forward to your response.

Best,
Emerson

Thanks for the replies. The issue was resolved after enabling 2.4Ghz on the router device 🙂
