Hi
My 4-day google nest doorbell (battery-powered) will not come online again after the internet was suspended for about 30 minutes. All other devices linked to my Google Home are up and running. The device is fully charged.
Similar to some other posts I've seen, I'm unable to factory reset my battery-powered doorbell. I trigger the reset cycle by pressing the button on the back of the unit with a paperclip, but holding for longer (up to 2 minutes) does not trigger the countdown or the factory reset.
How do I claim a replacement?
For the avoidance of doubt, I have already troubleshot the below:
Tip: The reset pin on the Nest Doorbell (battery) is located below the USB port on the back of the doorbell.
Remove device
Confirm.
