Unable to finish the setup of Nest Cam (Battery)

Towards the ned of the setup i have to select the mounting options. I selected 'Magnetic Mount (in box). I am getting a message 'Something went wrong'.  I am using my iphone google home app.

I am not able to understand the issues. Looking for help.

The only thing I can think of is do you actually have the camera sitting on the magnetic mount?  It turns out that it must actually be on the mount or the camera won't wake up.   (I know it sounds crazy but give it a try).

Thank you for the response. I was able to solve the problem. There are two points:

1. The Camera has to be with the magnetic mount

2. The camera should be at the recommended height (6 to 6.5 ft)
