When looking at my nest app it shows all of the alerts describing for example 20 second clip but when I press the video clip it just shows a pic not the clip.
@Montana71, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, do you have a Nest Aware subscription? Is your account migrated? Old versions of Nest Cameras can record 3 hrs of events but it's a snapshot. Let us know your update here.
