Update on unable to respond to notifications

Hi all,

In short, had 1st gen doorbell and was not able to respond to some at the door notifications. I could however manually bring up live feed ok.

I have since replaced the 1st gen with a new 2nd gen doorbell and to my surprise, it is working perfectly. Not only that but notifications are much quicker than with  the 1st gen. 

Absolutely nothing else has changed other than the doorbell. Same phones, same wifi, same mounting location..etc.

Anyway, I know it doesn't provide any answers to why the problems with the 1st gen and you shouldn't have to upgrade an otherwise perfectly good doorbell but thought I would share my experience anyway.

Now the question is how long will the 2nd gen doorbell last! 😬
