I updated from 1st gen Nest wired doorbell to 2nd gen and the chime connector wiring is different. My indoor chime wont work now. Doorbell camera itself has power and “rings” and records video. What am I missing?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. Have you verified that the chime puck was installed correctly in your system? Is it reaching the power requirements? Please let me know.
