Video Aufnahme geht nicht

Hallo zusammen, 

ich hatte das 30 tägige test Abo für nest aware, so die video Aufzeichnung von Ereignissen auch super geklappt hat. Jetzt habe ich 60 Euro bezahlt und nichts geht mehr. Ich kriege keine Info mehr und es werden keine Videos aufgezeichnet. Gestern wurde nur ein Bild gemacht. Heute wieder garnichts. Die Gefahrenzone kann ich trotz Abo auch nicht ein zeichnen. Das Geld wurde allerdings abgebucht, das habe ich bereits geprüft. Hat jemand eine Idee was ich machen kann? Der Support hat bisher nicht reagiert.

Is your new Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your doorbell?

If you go to the Subscription Management page (https://store.google.com/subscriptions) and click on your subscription, does it show the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your doorbell?

If you go to your doorbell in the Google Home app and go to Settings | Video | Video history, does it show your Nest Aware subscription? And which option is checked?
