I just set up these nest cameras and have not subscribed to Nest Aware yet. I had an event on my property 11 days ago and was wondering if that is stored somewhere that I can retrieve it? I don't mind subscribing if that video clip is available.

Hi Malangon,
By law Google is only allowed to store your cameras events and video if you have a Nest aware subscription. Purchasing a subscription would not allow you access to footage before the subscription started.

Yes, I have seen your responses. From what I gather - the company and product team is not willing to provide anything above and beyond what is guaranteed by law or some contractual commitment. Assuming I have that correct, this doesn't appear to be a product in which the vendor is willing to be a "partner" with their customers. They are just willing to be a "supplier".
