Video encryption and security on Nest Doorbell 2nd Generation (wired)

How secure are the videos recorded by the Nest Doorbell 2nd Generation (wired)?  Does Google have the encryption keys or some sort of built-in algorithm to decrypt videos that are stored in the Cloud, enabling Google employees or 3rd parties to view the videos?  This might happen if videos were leaked or stolen due to a security incident.  Google employees in the IT group might have access to customer videos for disaster recovery or product testing.
