I understand that you've been experiencing some issues with one of your Nest Cam Indoor cameras, which is showing the error message "video not available check back later" when you try to access your video history. I appreciate your confirmation that you have an active Nest Aware subscription. Let me share some information with you!
Sometimes our system experiences issues, and this often causes our servers to take a while to display the video history. As you mentioned, this is not related to a network issue or anything similar. For these types of issues, you may just have to wait for our servers to load the video.
If the video is still not appearing after a few hours, you can try resetting the camera by holding the reset button on the back or by unplugging it for 7 seconds. This will depend on whether you have a first- or second-generation camera.
Please let me know if this issue continues. To provide you with the correct restart steps or another resolution, please also confirm which generation of camera you are using, which app you're having issues with, and if this error message is for a specific time in your video history or for all of them.
