I have the best hello doorbell and a Google display. I want to get the visitor announcements to work and have followed the instructions. When I launch the home app and go to my doorbell and settings I do not see an option to enable visitor announcements. Is this not available on Canada or am I missing something?

If you have the Google Nest Hello Doorbell, you can view its camera in the Google Home app, but configuration and notifications are done in the Google Nest app.
If you have the Google Nest Doorbell (Battery), you should see a "Visitor announcements" option under the doorbell's settings in the Google Home app.

I also do NOT have the "Visitor announcements" option under the doorbell's settings.

Ok as mentioned step #4 Turn Visitor announcements on or off.
DOES NOT EXIST.
Continuing to send the instructions with the same information is not helpful.

I have the visitor notifications turned on in the nest app but still not getting any named notifications on my google assistant device

Fill in the issue, and skip step 2 if you do not want to look through articles and the options are there to chat or call.
