Does Google ever actually reply to warranty claims from their web page? I have submitted the same claim for a Doorbell (Battery) twice in the last four weeks and have heard nothing back. It has blurry vision and it looks like some of the sealing has come adrift. I was not given any ID or claim number and have no idea if it was even registered. How long do they take to get back to you or do they hope you just give up?
