Google hub max camera not working

The nest camera on Google hub max is not working. I have done a reset and readied the device but still not working. Can someone help with? It is very frustrating that for past few weeks/months I’ve been having so many different issues with Google products. I don’t know what kind of software updates google is doing but clearly they are making things worse rather than improve things!!!

Were there any recent changes made before it started? What part of the setup flow did you encounter issues? (Example: QR code scan, Finishing up, Connecting to Wi-Fi, etc.)? What is the make and model of your router? How far is it from your Nest Hub Max?
