Hey guys, my nest camera has stopped charging and I've tried to go through the warranty process online but it looks like that team no longer exists as everytime it says it would connect me to a team member they always seem to be unavailable.
Not quite sure how to go through the warranty process now as there doesn't seem to be any available avenue. Does anyone else have similar experiences or can point me in the right direction?

Hey MPLS, I did but it seems that support team doesn't exist nor do they actually connect to a support team. Any other ideas?

The few times when I've used that link to contact Support, I got a telephone callback in less than a minute.
Have you not been able to talk to anyone about what seems to be a defective battery camera? (We've had a battery camera since Sept. 2021, plugged in with the optional power cable.)

Hi Mpls,you get a call back in under a minute from an automated system saying that it will connect you to a support team but ive tried it about ten times now and everytime it tries to connect, it says the team is not available. So I suspect that the team might no longer be there. You can try this too.
My camera wont charge with the charging cable. Other cameras charge fine so don't think it's a cable issue. I'm just trying to claim on a warranty and get a replacement.

This customer is reporting they've been unable to contact Support. When they request a callback, they get a callback with a recording saying no one is available to talk to them, and this has happened 10 times!!!!

What happened to you is not good at all. When we've used the Contact Us option (2-3 times), we've always gotten a live Support person.

I'm not sure if it's only for nest products maybe but the callback option seems to redirect nest cam support to a team that doesn't seem to pick up. It feels like that team doesn't exist anymore maybe. I've tried at different times and days to no luck
