My outdoor camera has water droplets inside the lens area. Though weather is dry they are not going off. Seems issue with the weather protecting layer.

Hi Subbaraoch,
Thank you for reaching out to our community.
I understand that your Nest Cam Outdoor has water droplets trapped inside the lens area, which are not clearing up despite dry weather. I understand your concern, and I'm ready to assist you in finding a solution.
Before we start troubleshooting further, I need to ask you a few questions:
In addition to this information, please post a picture in this thread showing the water droplets inside the lens area of your Nest Cam Outdoor.
In the meantime, I recommend you bring your Nest Cam Outdoor inside and dry it thoroughly until all the water droplets are gone. Use a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use paper towels, tissues or rags to clean your camera. These materials can leave lint behind and can even scratch the lens coating. After drying, place the camera outside again and check if the issue is resolved; if the issue occurs again, please let me know.
Please reply with the requested information so we can continue troubleshooting and find a solution.
Best regards,
Virna
