What app am I supposed to be using for nest doorbell?

I downloaded the Nest app, and it shows me when there is motion, sound, or portion. But it’s just a snapshot. It doesn’t show any video unless it’s on live video. This is so frustrating.

You use the Google Nest app for the 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell, and the Google Home app for the battery doorbell and the 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell.

If you are only getting snapshots in your history, then you do NOT have a Nest Aware subscription, and get only snapshots of events that occurred in the most recent 3 hours.
