What is diameter of the Nest Floodlight COVER for the mounting plate

Hi, I would be replacing an existing floodlight - I need to know what the diameter of the nest Floodlight COVER for the base, that goes over the mounting plate - not the diameter of the mounting plate itself. I need to know as if it is smaller than the current base cover, I will need to get some sort of other larger cover for it if the cover diameter is smaller than the current opening/cover.

I *may* need to replace the existing "Frame" for the cover, not sure what it is called. But, would the opening center size of this item work with the Next Floodlight? https://www.homedepot.com/p/Arlington-Industries-Dutch-Lap-Siding-Mounting-Kit-with-Built-in-Box-817...

I completely misunderstood your question, and that is my mistake as I am only human. Thank you for your patience! I hope this information is helpful: 

The camera measures 3.27 x 3.27 in (8.3 cm x 8.3 cm) and weighs 14.04 oz (398 g).

• The floodlight measures:
  • For US and CA: 6.5 x 12.4 x 3.66 in (16.5 x 31.5 x 9.3 cm) and weighs 41.09 oz (1165 g).
  • For the EU: 17.6 cm (length) x 31.5 cm (width) x 9.3 cm (height) and weighs 1165 g.

The floodlight mounting plate diameter measures: 3.66 in (9.3 cm) for US and CA, 7.9 cm for EU. Note: Mounting plate varies per region. All other information you may be seeking isn't available to me. If you wish to know more, please reach out to Support for further assistance.

They should be the same. The Mounting plate is the same as the base cover.

I asked in a different new thread, I asked for people who have this product actually measure it for me. The actual measurement of the cover for the base of this product is NOT the same as the mounting plate measurement. Google Nest support should add this measurement to the product dimensions, as it is important to know.
