What is the best wired outdoor security camera?

I need the very best, wired, outdoor security camera for night time viewing of my car.

My present security camera was suppose to be the best, it is not. I cannot get a good

picture, at night, of anyone trying the door handle of my car. The police cannot do anything without a good picture.
