I use Gallaxy S21-5G(SM-G998N) with Android version 12, Nest Hub Max, Doorbell(wired).
When I talk to my Nest Hub Max or Doorbell on the Google Home App, those devices deliver my voice at a proper volume. But when I talk to the Nest Hub Max or Doorbell on the Nest app, those devices deliver my voice at a extremely low volume and I can't hardly hear it.
By the way, my wife use Gallaxy Note9(SM-N960N) with Android version 10. She has no problems at all whether she use Google Home App or Nest App. That is, no matter what app she uses to talk, those devices deliver her voice at a proper volume.
What settings do I have to set up to make them sound appropriate even when using the Nest App?
