The product was given to my friend by a family member that would never use it. He was gifted it by his old employer. It never came in the box.
ALL I want is to buy a replacement chime puck but Google keeps going in circles with me asking for the account that bought the thing to contact them. That won’t happen. They were generous enough to give the product away.
Nobody can point me to a link to buy JUST THE CHIME PUCK.
How is this NOT available on the store? People move. I’m sure some pucks are left behind.
Doni have to toss this thing out and go with Ubiquiti? What a horrible waste of new product when you can’t buy parts for it.
