Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. When did you subscribe? It should be instant. It also depends on which Subscription you signed up for. If it was only for Event-based recording, then you wont get any saved footage unless there is an event that records.
