Why does my account show as we are not subscribed

I have subscribed to nest yet my door bell does not show me live feed

Hi there, Micheal.

 

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. When did you subscribe? It should be instant. It also depends on  which Subscription you signed up for. If it was only for Event-based recording, then you wont get any saved footage unless there is an event that records. Please look over our Nest Aware Subscription page for more information. Let me know if you need any further assistance.
