Will not flash blue to pair

Hey folks, I had to factory reset my google nest doorbell camera to connect it to a new network. I removed it from the app and attempted to re-connect. My white light never flashes blue for me to pair. It’s fully charged but will not pair. What do I do?

Thanks for posting here in the community. I'm sorry to hear you are unable to connect your Nest Doorbell to the new WiFi Network. I'm happy to help!

 

Please follow these steps:

 

  • Factory Reset: Ensure you are performing the correct process. Follow this article: Factory reset your Nest Doorbell.
  • Power Connection: As you mentioned, the device is fully charged. It seems you have a Nest Doorbell Battery while performing a factory reset it's important to ensure the doorbell is connected to its charger. This will provide the necessary power for the reset process.
  • LED Light Indicators: To check what the LED lights look like, refer to Nest Doorbell lights and sounds.
