Had to replace 2yr old Nest Hello due to overheating. Now, we have the newer version, and we are experiencing issues.
Yesterday, the app notified me that the device was offline. Device temp felt normal, had power, and was still connected to WiFi. Took device down, removed from app, factory reset, reinstalled. Today, I am able to see live feed, but no video history and no notifications. Settings all adjusted to my preferences. Zones set, notifications on, and basic nest aware subscription.
Is this just a wild coincidence, that Google is having issues, now?

I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. Just to verify: Do you have another Nest Camera on your account? If yes, is this happening to other Nest cameras?

Have three others, and it was only this one. It actually started working, all of a sudden. For the last few days it has notified me of everything. No explanation about what happened. I just hope it's fixed.
