Wired Google Door Bell says it’s saving battery??

I keep getting a notification that my door bell cam isn’t working an that it’s saving battery. Its wired in a when looking at it it has power an actually records. But can’t watch live feed or look activity. Any other people having same issue? Idk if it’s the cold or what
