I've had my nest products since Jan of 2020. I live in Upstate, NY and once the weather starts to get cold and windy (Like Today) my doorbell continuously loses power. My indoor chime is off and I only have it alert on my google hubs across the house.
One of my other outdoor cameras has been doing the same. This isn't an issue with power or wifi strength on the doorbell/outdoor cam since during the summer neither give me an issue.
Do I bite the bullet and just replace them with newer models and expect to do the same within a few years? Support is asking me to factory reset the doorbell, which I don't believe will solve a thing at this point.

Google Nest's stated operating temperature is the same for the 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell, the 1st gen Google Nest Outdoor Camera, the 2nd and 3rd gen Google Nest Wired Doorbells, and the 2nd gen Google Nest Outdoor Camera:
-4° to 104°F (-20° to 40°C)

We have had several 1st gen doorbells and cameras since 2019, and none of ours have ever gone out due to cold weather. (We live in central Minnesota.) Our cameras are all mounted under eaves or camera shields, and our doorbells have silicone "skins" from Amazon.
