Wired doorbell Volume in app

We have the wired camera set up & when we talk into it it's so loud you can hear it down the street. We've followed directions to get to the audio settings & the audio setting doesn't even appear on the nest app or the Google home app. We go to both, click the camera, go to settings & there is nothing for audio. Any help?

Hi Kas, I have the original Google HELLO door bell and I just looked and I found the same thing you did.  There is no such setting in the GOOGLE HOME app for volume of the speaker on the doorbell.  I also looked in the NEST app and there is no such setting their either.

Do you have the older HELLO doorbell? Or do you have the newer Nest Doorbell (Battery)?

It's just nest doorbell wired. It is wired in, no battery.
