My doorbell has been working great, never worked with the chime, but not a big deal. All of a sudden it went off line and hasn’t come back for almost a week. It’s done this before, but always came back in a day or so. I reset, disconnected, disconnected my chime and still it’s not working. Now it’s just blinking green. All my other cameras are working great. I’m not sure what could have happened all of a sudden.

Thank you so much for checking in. I did many things, including factory reset. Eventually, I changed our transformer and it is working now. I am not sure what happened that the old transformer was working for so long and then all of a sudden was not enough power? As the old transformer still had electrical current.

I am terribly sorry to hear that you have had such a hard time with this! I would love to look into this issue further and help find a solution for you. First off, I have some questions I’d like to ask you.
Do you still need help with this issue?
What troubleshooting steps have you done thus far?
Have you tried to restart your device if you haven’t already?
If the restart didn’t work, have you tried to do a Factory Reset? This would be a last resort option, but would clear out issues and the device would essentially be ‘brand new’
