I have a wired Nest doorbell that has now gone offline. It has had issues in the past but eventually did come back online. I tried every possible fix and went through Google support to no avail. The unit is about 2 years old but I was told they would not replace it as they have with some on these threads. It is very sad to pay over 200 dollars for a unit that does not last and has terrible support. Most support is via users vs Google which is brutal for such a big company. Very disappointed in this and had hoped for better
