Wired nest doorbell offline

My nest doorbell is ringing in my home and on my hub and definitely connected to power, we’ve rest it and it’s still showing as offline in the app, I’m not sure what else to do to get it back?

Having the same issue today. I get notifications and I can pull up history but no live feed and it says it’s offline.

It seems that while some of you can ring the doorbell or receive notifications, the devices still appear offline. I appreciate the troubleshooting steps that you've already performed on your end. Before we move forward, I need some information about this:

  • What is the make and model of your Nest doorbell device?
  • When did the issue start?
  • Are you using the Google Home app or the Nest app?
  • Did you receive any error messages on your app?
  • What is the status of the LED light?
  • Are you able to see your video history in the app?
  • Just to confirm, @Simply_beasley and @Gatorcheer04, do you have a wired or wireless connection?
  • Did you try any troubleshooting steps? If so, could you list them?
