I have pretty much the same problem and gone thru all the troubleshooting as Irwin49 on the previous help page, but mine is less than 2 yrs old. I happen to have two more new in the box cams that I was planning on adding, so I can replace it one of them, but how do I go about returning this one for repair or refund?? It sucks having no factory support to talk or chat with like the old days, won't be buying more, that's for sure.
