Xiaomi home security camera working on Mi Home but has an important delay on Google Home

Hello everyone, I bought a Mi home security camera. I configured it through Mi home and linked the device on Google home using the compatible device section.
The camera is working perfectly on Mi Home but not well at all on google home. I must retry multiple times before getting the feed and when I get that feed it has a 20 seconds delay. I have tried restarting both apps, relinking the device to GH and testing the feed on google nest (which was even worst than in my GH app).
My theory is that the delay and lag is caused by the streaming of the camera feed from xiaomi to GH as its working well on the Mi Home. 
This is for front door security so the delay is pretty sever and inconvenient.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, have you tried restarting your Nest Camera and Wi-Fi router? Try reinstalling your Google Home app and Nest app. Also, to further isolate this issue, try to access it using a different mobile device. Let us know how it goes.
