You Cannot View Your Cam on a Laptop or Desktop?

Is this a joke? For the cost of the wired camera with floodlights, I am forced to review any security issues at my home through a mobile phone only?  Wow, when Google bought Nest, I have no idea they would dismantle a cool security system and replace it with this crap.  Huge disappointment.   Time to return it.

Hi there,

Google has announced that they will be adding a web browser view for the new Nest cameras sometime this year.

google is an internet browser company.  They could care less about nest.  Look at the marketing.  Pixie Dixie phones and chromecrap TV to collect lots and lots of user data.  Nest was a gimmick they tried, didn't work so they are just letting it die off

Google Nest made that announcement 8 months ago, and there have been no updates since.  So, after 9 months one of our Google Nest cameras still cannot be accessed from a browser with home.nest.com like all of our other Google Nest cameras and doorbells.
