adding a nest cam indoor to nest account

Hi. I have set up a new nestcam indoor. I have sucessfully added it to Google home using the google home app and the scan code that came with the camera. I can now view the camera in the google home app but not the nest app. If I try to add the camera in the nest app it sends me to the google home app. How can I view the new camera in the nest app ? THANKS

Unfortunately all new 2021 Nest cameras are not compatible with the Nest app. It’s a real shame as the Nest app is very well designed.

Wow, that’s a shame. I guess it’s to force transition to Google home. Thanks very much for the information. Have a decent Christmas.
