Deteriorated Doorbell

Dear Community,

I've been reading a lot about deteriorating doorbells, and now I guess it is my turn. The device is 3 years old, installed as instructed and not overexposed the the weather. I believe the life span of such premium device should be longer than that. I would like to see my device replaced asap.
