battery nest door bell and camera will not factory reset.HELP

doorbell and camera working great until 2 weeks ago. would not communicate to home app. its only 3 months old. battery life down to 52 percent.  took it off of door, plugged it in to recharge. also deleted it from my home app. now, the unit is at 100% and will not syn up with google home. tried doing the factory reset5 sec, 10 sec, 30 sec, a minute. the white light does not go off.  when pushing door bell the light swirls around the button. it is pugged into the computer. all i get is the battery is fully charged. 

 

any help would be appreciated
