camera offline

I have 2 nest cam outdoor cameras I just installed in my barns. One will record but the other one shows offline all the time. I have 2 QR codes but I don't know which is for which camera. I am afraid to do anything that the one is working will quit. Any suggestions

Let's try these troubleshooting steps below:

• Make sure the phone is on the same Wi-Fi network as the selected network for the Nest device.
• Bluetooth should be enabled, but it should not be connected to any Bluetooth devices.
• Cellular data should be turned off.
• If you have an iOS device, tap Settings > Privacy and then Local Network. Turn on Local Network Access for the Nest app.
• Reset the camera to factory settings, if applicable.
• Start adding the device to the Google Nest app.
• Instead of scanning the QR code, tap continue without scanning and enter the setup key near the QR code.
