cannot turn on my outdoor camera

Hi all,

today I would like to recharge my NEST CAMERA and evenif I used the cable to an electric network no leds were turn on. The acmera isn't seen anymore nor reacheable.

Also HARD RESET doesn't work. Could someone help me?

The warranty finished on 15th of July.

Thanks for posting here in the community. I'm sorry to hear you cannot turn on your Nest Cam Outdoor. Help's here!

To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

• What kind of Nest Cam Outdoor do you have?
  • Is it 1Gen or 2Gen?
• Do you have a wired or wireless setup?
• Are you using the USB cable and adapter that came with the camera?
• Is the Nest Cam Outdoor’s cable securely connected to the power adapter?
• When was the last time when you tried to recharge the Nest cam?
