Hi, I have this doorbell for some years now. Due to an attack, I had to remove the doorbell the other day. Today I have done a reset, twice (2nd time after looking to a video to make sure I was doing the right thing). I have tried to install the bell again, following the instructions. 5 times now. Using a protect (3 times) as a help and without the protect as a help (2 times). All the times it goes very well, until the point where it says that it will complete by getting the doorbell in the Nest account. Then it will either say: 1. (if installing with help of a protect)<> the protect is too far away. 2. (if installing without a protect supporting))<> the apparatus is too far away. Before, it worked really well for some years. Now I can't get it to work. Same Wi-Fi, same router etc etc. I checked internet: it says that you have to reset. I did, twice. So, what do I need to do here? Anybody knows, has an idea? All the help and sugegstions are appreciated (and tried ). Thank you Theo Veltman

Hi Theodam,
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community and for updating us with your issue. Is the Night Vision turned on? What is the time when you try to check the live feed? Turn on the Visitor announcements on the Google Home app.
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
Emerson

Hi there, I don't know what I did, But the camera of the door is now in my Google app. Black and white though, not in color (whatever I do). Maybe it was just a matter of waiting 12-24 hours. Also, I still don't get the sound on the Google mini's. So, my questions now:
1. how to get the 2nd Gen on color?
2. how to get the bell-sound on the mini's?
Thank you
