doorbell doesnt work

tried to reset doorbell which has power but doesnt connect to network any more

I’m sorry to hear that and for the delayed response here. No worries, we’ll sort this out — what type of Nest Doorbell do you have? What’s the status light of your doorbell? How far is the doorbell from the router? What Wi-Fi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)? Also, were there any changes to your Wi-Fi network?
