My google indoor cam was connected to my home network for a few month. One day went offline for no reason and won’t reconnect. I tried everything including a factory reset but still it won’t connect. It shows a pulsating blue light and makes a ring tone. I have been through the setup process 10 times at the end of the setup process I receive an error message. Please help me! Best Michael
Thanks for posting here in the community. I know that you've been through a lot of troubleshooting steps just to re-add your Nest Camera to the app. I just wanted to make sure, how did you perform the reset to factory default? Also, do you have the battery or wired type of Nest Camera?
