limited home camera access

Is it possible to give an access to a home camera system to a family member without letting them to delete or manipulate recordings?

I'm pretty sure there is no way to do that.    Here are the instructions I used a number of months ago and if I'm reading it correctly. then anyone that has access has full access to everything...
