lost electric wire screws

I lost one of the screws that holds the U-shape end of the electrical wire to the back of the nest doorbell. It's super small and not easy to find in a store. Any suggestions?

Also, the doorbell is not responding when we set it with the app. It's like processing non stop with no progress. Any suggestions about that too?
