migrating from nest to google

a month ago

I  follow the instructions and using my old email for nest , I forgot my password.

i send the request for forgot password and I never get a response

Thanks for reaching out to the community. I understand that you forgot your email password to log in to your Nest app. I'm glad to assist you.

Please follow the steps below:

  • On the Nest app home screen, select Sign in with Google.

  • If there's an active Google Account, you'll see a prompt to use it to sign in. Select Continue.

  • Select the Google Account to be used in the Nest app, or select Use another account if there's an existing account that's not listed.

  • Allow the Nest app to access specific data from the Google Account. Select Info for more information on what will be shared. Then select Allow.
