nest aware question for 2 of my 9 cameras

i just had a problem with my router last night which was fixed, but today I just noticed that the 2 indoor cameras have no video or history. after looking at managing my nest aware acct both indoor cameras have no expiration date like the other seven. I've tried to call support but it doesn't look like there is a number anymore. any help is appreciated .

I'm confused by "both indoor cameras have no expiration date"; I don't know what that means. The 1st gen Nest Aware subscriptions, which are no longer available, apply to specific 1st gen cameras. The newer (since 2020) Nest Aware and Nest Aware Plus subscriptions apply to ALL cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure".

I hd to delete two pics

yes I did. And thanks for following up with me. I took screenshots of my 9 cameras and the two indoor cameras have no video history, and whem I log on to nest .com and check nest aware sgtatus it shows a renewal date for all but the two indoor cameras, im not currently at that house until Jan 21 so i cannot reboot them. but dont think that will fix this issue. I have no way of posting the screen shots that I took either ?!?!?

Are all 9 of your cameras in the same Google Nest "home/structure"?

What Nest Aware subscription do you have? If you have the 1st gen Nest Aware subscription, it applies to specific cameras, with pricing dependent on how many cameras you have. We switched from the 1st gen subscription to Nest Aware Plus back in 2020, so I can no longer remember how you manage or control which cameras are covered by a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription.

Are you able to see your subscription(s) here?

Or, on nest.com, if you go to app-level settings and select Nest Aware, what does it show?

In order to post photos here, you have to be logged onto your Google Account in the forum (by clicking on the blue profile icon in the upper right corner) BEFORE you try to post a Reply, in which case there is then a camera icon at the top of the Reply box.

You can go to this Subscription Management page to see what it says about your subscription:

I see that all of your screen shots are from the Google Nest app. As I mentioned, if you have a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription, it applies to specific 1st gen cameras, and is priced by how many cameras you have. In comparison, the newer (since 2020) Nest Aware and Nest Aware Plus subscriptions apply to ALL cameras and doorbells on the same Google Account in the same Google Nest "home/structure".

Are all of your cameras in the same Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Wi-Fi network?

Another possibility is that, under Settings | Video recording for each of those 2 cameras in the Google Nest app, you have "Video recording" turned off.

If, for each of those 2 cameras in the Google Nest app, you go to Settings | Nest Aware, what subscription does it indicate for each camera?
