Can you try :
1) A different browser?
2) Private/Incognito Window
See if it works in either of those situations.
3) If it's still no good, do you have a different computer to try from? (trying to see if some Antivirus or similar is problematic)

Different browser and computer worked just fine! I guess I will switch my browser!

does it work on the phone App? I ask because your computer may have something running blocking content; such as if you are running BitDefender, you may have a setting blocking things. Your browser itself could also be blocking, so you may need to add exceptions for nest.com

Yes, it does on my Apple products. It used to work on my computer too, but does not anymore.
