I have an old indoor wired Nest camera, gen 1. The night vision stopped working several days ago even though the camera was not moved or touched in any way. It says the software version is 223-610050

Thanks for posting, and I apologize that the Night Vision isn’t working. Do you have an iOS or Android device? Are you using the Google Home or Nest app?

Hi Lance. I'm using an iPhone with the Google Home app. I have tried all 4 of those steps. I have even moved the camera to a room with no windows. Nightvision just stopped working some time around July 7th, I think. I use my camera as a baby monitor in a dark room, so it's been extremely difficult without it.
