"Delete Video History" on one phone or all phones on account

I invited my wife to be a home member. When I delete video history from my phone does Google Nest camera also delete the video history from her phone?

Here's a scenario - I walk outside to smoke a cigarette. The Nest camera sends a notice to my phone and to my wife's phone that I am standing outside smoking. I don't want her to see me smoking so I go to my phone's settings and tap "Delete Video History". Does the video disappear from my wife's phone at the same time it is deleted from my phone as well?

There is only one history for any of your cameras, and it is stored on Google Nest's servers and not on any of your phones. So, if you delete video history (you can only delete ALL history), it is deleted from Google Nest's servers and cannot be viewed by anyone.

Whew! I kinda thought that was the answer because my wife didn't confront me about smoking that day.

But if you delete video history after a person or motion notification has been sent, the notification will still show up on her phone; she just won't be able to view the event.

This is good to know. If she sees another notification, I'm okay with that. I'm just trying to stay out of the doghouse for having an occasional smoke.

Yeah, but you're deleting ALL of your history, and you might need some video footage someday.

I am not a subscriber to Aware so it doesn't matter. If I feel like I need a video capture I will download it to a local drive. Thanks.
