restart indoor camera on a new cellphone

I got a new cellphone.  I can't add the camera to the new cellphone as it says it is already added to another account.  I don't remember details of the other account.

The way I understand it is you don't need to add any cameras to the new phone.  Simply download and install either the NEST app or the GOOGLE HOME app and log in using the same credentials you had before.  All devices and all cameras should appear.

What if the nest cam was removed from the Google Home app, but you want to add it back to the same "Home" and you get the same error message? No credentials have changed and it's the same Google Home Account?

As best I understand it, in that instance, you must fully reset the camera to factory settings.  Not just a reboot.  Be sure to follow the directions closely to perform a factory reset.
