Our camera picture is pink during daytime

Hi has anyone else experienced pink camera footage during daytime hours?

Is it a camera fault or something we have done?

Hi,

This sounds like the infrared filter that is used at night time is still being used during daylight. Please check your camera night vision settings to check that you have it set to 'Auto'.
