I had a family member remove the doorbell to charge it. When they remounted the doorbell, they dropped it on the floor scratching the lens and there is a slight blur in video (also the black parts with the IR lights and other sensors)
Is there a replacment or accidental damage policy or similar? I did purchase this from a bricks and motar store locally. in Australia.
If there was going to be a new version being released I would recommend that the lens is moved further into the body to avoid damage?
